With environmental awareness growing, harmless disposal equipment plays an indispensable role in maintaining ecological balance and protecting public health. From municipal domestic waste to waste from special industries, this equipment is a capable assistant in solving pollution problems.
Harmless degradation machines use high-temperature aerobic microbial fermentation: heating and stirring encourage microorganisms to break down organic waste quickly. They suit kitchen waste, livestock and poultry manure and crop straw, converting organic waste into harmless material and achieving the combination of harmlessness, volume reduction and resource recovery. After cutting, grinding and biological fermentation the material becomes high-grade organic fertiliser, closing the loop and reducing pollution.
Incinerators use high-temperature combustion with coal, fuel oil or gas as fuel to carbonise and disinfect the material being treated. They range from single-chamber to multi-chamber designs and from conventional to mobile types. In a conventional incinerator the material enters the combustion chamber through the feed hopper and the flue gas passes through cooling, dust removal and desulfurisation and deacidification stages before being discharged safely. Incinerators can handle industrial waste, domestic waste and medical waste, with a thermal combustion efficiency normally above 90%.
Microwave harmless disposal is a newer approach. Taking oily sludge as an example, a microwave gradient heating mechanism efficiently removes heavy metals, nitrogen, sulfur, tar and other characteristic pollutants, and can also produce biochar, oil and gas as higher-value products. The selective heating property of microwaves makes the organic matter in waste salt heat up by itself, achieving low-temperature oxygen-free pyrolysis at 300-700 °C, preventing secondary pollution and improving energy utilisation through a closed energy loop. The technology suits oily sludge, sewage sludge and pharmaceutical bacterial residue, with removal rates for specific pollutants above 85%.
